Inductive sensor G2-IPS model
- INDUCTIVE sensor for pulse emitting, for multi and single jet meters, wet dial, liquid filled counter type, and fully protected dry dial model MID approved
- The measurement of water delivered is done by conveying the flow rate into a rotation of a star index fitted with an amagnetic metallic sector and placed on the water meter
dial; the electronic device detects the number of rotations and counts the volume of water delivered - The IPS sensor is equipped with a 5 wired cable, which can supply always 2 types of information: the pulse in high resolution detecting the flow direction, and the record data as serial format, with all the water meters main information and measuring results
- The emitting device is completely waterproof and sealed (IP68) and its lining is made of a polymer, which is atossic and resistant to the normal working conditions
- Totally proof from external interferences due to both static and changeable magnetic fields
- Presetting on the liter star: K1
- Self-diagnosis for good functioning and for tampering detection
- Every sensor is fitted with antifraud system (against sensor removal and cable cutting)
- RS 232 bidirectional output for serial data, data supplied: total volume, instantaneous flow rate, sensor serial number, functioning parameters, alerts
- Battery power life more than 10 years in standard conditions
- Detection of flow direction
- Total volume counting is assured even in case of power cut
- Precision 1pulse per litre for domestic use; for other applications, it can be set upon request
